Group training offers a comprehensive training program for both triathletes and runners.  The group training program will build toward the listed races below.

2013 TRAINING 

NJOY RACING has a comprehensive group training program focusing on triathlon training and running.  The team starts group training in March and lasting through the last weekend of September.  
The group training plan is built around the scheduled team races listed on the our calendar.  Check out what is included with the 2013 NJOY RACING Group Training Package

  • TUESDAY - Track Practice 6:30-7:30 a.m. at Lake Shore Park
  • WEDNESDAY - Brick  5:45-7:00 p.m. meeting at Monroe Harbor
  • FRIDAY - Open Water Swim 6:30-7:30 a.m. at Ohio Street Beach
  • SATURDAY - Long Run 7:30 a.m. at North Ave. Beach (uncoached)
  • SUNDAY - Map My Ride first Sunday of every month.  TBD each month
  • additional workouts will be added throughout the season on specific dates to work on transitions, bricks, strength, flexibility and injury prevention
