TESTING

The only way to know where you are with your fitness level is to test and establish a baseline

Need for Speed

  • How fast do I need to be running during my workouts?
  • We test to help you help yourself get faster by Time Trialing and giving you specific pace ranges you are capable of running and need to be training in to help you meet your goals.
  • Suggested for runners who are more "time oriented" with their goals.
Metabolic Assessment
  • Industry standards for heart rate ranges were originally established for heart patients, which the fitness industry adapted; therefore your "real" range could be something drastically different from the "industry standard".
  • Do you know if your body burns fat calories or carbohydrate calories more efficiently?
  • Metabolic Assessments tell you how efficient your body burns calories at rest and work.
Power Pusher
  • Watts = the amount of power you can generate
  • The more watts you push, the more power you have.
  • Test on a Computrainer and see how much power you can push, then have your workouts designed to help you get stronger and faster.

*Prices vary with each service, please email or call for further details
