Our goal is to provide a fun environment for athletes to train while improving their health and fitness

NJOY RACING understands that everyone has different needs and goals. For some athletes, this may be starting a new workout program to improve their health. For others, it may be the need to push themselves beyond where they have never gone on their own. 

In 2004, NJOY owner Kimberly Shah started teaching running classes at a fitness club in Chicago, IL with just 1 runner.  Over the next 3 years she built the 1 person, 1 day a week class to 8 classes a week with 20 plus runners in each class.  80% of the runners attending started out with the "I'm not a runner, but..." story and she helped them find the athlete inside as they ran their first 5k and half marathon races.  In the spring of 2008 NJOY LIFESTYLE, LTD. was born.  To date, NJOY's athletes have ran races from 5k to 50k, as well as triathlons of all distances from the Sprint to the 140.6 mile Full (Ironman) Distance, from coast to coast and throughout the rest of the world.

Time to take it outdoors for 2013.  April 2nd is the first outdoor group training workout of the season. 


There are only 5 opens left for the group training, so register quickly.  Please contact us if you have any questions about which program is  most appropriate for you or if you have more detailed questions.
